RICS chartered surveyors and RIBA & RIAS chartered architects, begun in the Western Isles in 1971 now working all over London, the Home Counties, the Lothians and Edinburgh.

Expertise in the UNESCO World Heritage sites in Edinburgh and Greenwich, and all grades of listed buildings. The Greenwich and Stornoway offices are in listed buildings. They also know about Enterprise Zones, having managed buildings for Enterprise Zone Trusts since 1991, even looking after an unadopted highway in the Medway City Estate in Kent.

Much of their work is adaptations and alterations to existing buildings, some quite small in private houses, but they also do larger buildings, such as a 109-bed hotel in Leicester, and several garden centres in Kent. They are versatile enough to help with self-build projects.
