Support Choices began as a project based in Outside the Box (a community development charity) and grew to become a new independent charity in late 2020. The aim of Support Choices is to ensure that people have what they need to make informed choices about the care and support they receive and find the care and support that is right for them. Support Choices is independent of all other services (NHS, local authority and care providers).
