Customer persona

There was a good turnout again for last night's Learning Session, led by our own Fiona Murray who also runs Straight Talk marketing, on the ever-relevant topic of knowing your customer. There was some lively discussion about customer personas and how to reach them with targeted messaging, and lots of interesting insight into other rural businesses shared.


If you're a REDS member and haven't been attending any of the community events or Learning Sessions, we'd love to see you at one soon. And if there are reasons why you can't or haven't attended, it would be really useful if you could drop us a line and let us know what they are so that we can make them more inclusive. The members that are attending tell us that they are really benefiting from them.
