Setting goals is proven to encourage motivation and focus, yet so many of us don't set goals for ourselves or our businesses.
In this lively and interactive learning session, you will set your business goals for 2021. With Business Coach and Growth Strategist Andy Lambert, we will explore the different goals you can set for your business and select those that will have the most impact. You will learn the SMART approach to goal setting which will turn ideas into achievable and measurable objectives.
